Eternity a short psalm

Oh God You call to me yes, Lord, you speak with me in the valleys surrounded by noise and the cities filled with sound You speak to me... My God you call to me from within my heart, You cry from within my mind, You speak Life and love flowing through You into me yes You speak courage and affection over me So today, a day like any other yes today similar in many ways to yesterday I surrender to You You take control over everything you reign yes, Lord, you command wind and wave in the trial and the fire Lord you lift me higher and in the stormy seas you lift me up on eagle wings Oh God You knew me in the beginning yes You knew my name before You created the heavens My life with You has been an odyssey approaching the unending eternity
